Privacy for parents

In short

SmokeyArc only keeps a nickname, a scrambled PIN, the child's character and their game results. No email, phone number, real name, photos, location or ads. Parents can ask for a child's account to be deleted at any time.

What we store

• A nickname the child picks (we ask for a fun nickname, not a real name).
• A 4-digit PIN, stored only as a scrambled hash we can't read back.
• The character they build, and their XP, stars, badges and daily streak.
• Game and IQ Sprint results, and which questions they've already seen (so they get new ones).
• Messages sent through the Feedback page.
• If a parent links an account: which child account is linked to which parent account.

What we don't do

• No email, phone number, real name, address, school, photos or location.
• No ads, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
• No tracking cookies. The only cookie keeps the player signed in.

Where it lives, and deleting it

Data is stored with Supabase (Singapore region) and the app runs on Vercel. To delete a child's account and everything linked to it, or to reset a forgotten PIN, send a message from the Feedback page or email admin@ryanhdayat.biz.id.
